MEET NICK ZAPPOLA

Nick Zappola has been building since he was old enough to carry a tool belt. Raised in a construction family, he spent his early years on job sites with his father before launching his first company at just 22. Since then, Nick has become a trusted name on the East End, known for his craftsmanship, honesty, and ability to bring complex builds to life with ease.

Over the years, Nick has led the construction of everything from high-end custom homes to iconic commercial spaces, including Sag Harbor favorites like Sen, K Pasa, Claudio’s, and the former location of Wölffer Kitchen. He’s especially proud of the Sen renovation, a three-story transformation that blended historic charm with modern design—and where he met his wife 25 years ago.

In addition to new residential builds across the East End of Long Island, Nick is experienced in historic preservation and renovations. He currently spearheaded the extensive restoration of the Sagaponack General Store, originally built in the 1800s, bringing it back to life while honoring its heritage.

Nick leads with integrity and precision, treating every project like a symphony—ensuring each piece of the process works in harmony. His leadership and commitment are the foundation of Zappola Construction’s reputation for excellence.
