TRANSFORMATIONS WITH PURPOSE

Renovating with Intention, Craftsmanship, and Care

Renovations are more than upgrades — they’re an invitation to reimagine how your space supports your life. Whether you're restoring the character of an older home, updating a well-loved kitchen, or expanding for a growing family, our renovation work is grounded in precision, collaboration, and timeless design.

At Zappola Construction, we approach every renovation with the same standards as our custom builds: unmatched attention to detail, deep respect for the integrity of each space, and a commitment to getting it right, the first time.

What We Renovate

  • Full-Home Renovations

A complete transformation that honors your home’s bones while bringing it into a new era. We handle everything from layout changes to structural improvements, creating cohesive, elevated spaces that feel brand new and uniquely yours.

  • Kitchen & Bath Remodels
We specialize in the spaces that matter most. Our kitchens and baths combine smart design with refined finishes, balancing form, function, and longevity. From custom cabinetry to luxury fixtures, we deliver designs tailored to your lifestyle.

  • Historic Restorations

Respecting the past and reinforcing the future. Our team carefully restores historic homes, preserving original details while upgrading materials, structure, and systems for modern living.

  • Additions & Extensions
Need more room to breathe? We design and build additions that feel intentional, not tacked on. Whether it’s a sunroom, guest suite, or second story, we match your home’s style and elevate its function.

  • Exterior & Structural Updates

We strengthen what’s underneath and elevate what’s seen. From new siding, windows, and roofing to foundation work and framing, we ensure your home stands strong — and looks as good as it performs.

Every renovation we take on is rooted in intention. A thoughtful transformation is shaped by the unique needs of each home and the people who live there. Whether it’s restoring the charm of a historic structure, reimagining the flow of a full-home layout, or updating key spaces for modern living, our renovations blend craftsmanship with creativity at every turn.

The featured projects below showcase the range and depth of our renovation work. Each one is a reflection of what’s possible when vision meets precision — and when homes are built not just to impress, but to support a life well lived.
